The Hybrid Premier King Size mattress was very heavy to get out of the bag so it was definitely a two person job to get it out and onto the base.

Okay, let’s get to it! We are excited to share our experience sleeping on a Purple mattress for a couple weeks. Our Review of the Purple Hybrid Premier Mattress Purple recommends a flat, sturdy surface with slats less than 3” apart to get the most out of your mattress so we bought and assembled a new sturdy king size platform base in preparation of the mattress’s arrival. It was made up of wood slats that were more than 3” apart. This is kind of embarrassing but our old “base” was super sketchy. Our mattress was one Brent got when he was in college.
